There was a problem with our Segmentation service, which was the backbone of multiple Smart triggers and In-app campaigns. For the campaigns, which were dependent on event attributes and events for segmentation, the right users wouldn't have received the notification. The issue happened due to a bug that caused our segmentation service to return wrong results, and It took us a lot of time to detect this case as it affected only a limited number of campaigns. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and our team has already taken preventive steps and actions not to repeat this issue.
