We are continuously monitoring the situation. The lag is slowly going down as we have provisioned more infrastructure.

Investigating
We are experiencing delay in our user and event ingestion pipeline. The issue started around 10am IST on 14-May. This impacts all the ingestion to be delayed resulting in stale data availability in downstream systems.
The team has identified the issue and released a patch for the fix.
The current delay is ~3hours.
