We want to inform you about the Scheduled Maintenance for MoEngage Systems. This is planned to be carried out at 12:00 PM UTC | 8:00 AM EST | 5:30 PM IST | 12:00 PM BST | 9:00 PM SGT, for 2 hours on 23 July. During this maintenance window, our vendors would be upgrading then Drag & Drop editor of Email campaigns systems to improve the overall reliability of the platform.
Please note that MoEngage would still be accessible and no action would be required from your end. The published campaigns will remain unaffected by this maintenance. Campaign publish, edit and review actions cannot be done during the maintenance.
Our vendors have a dedicated team working on this, to ensure that the maintenance is carried out very smoothly. But if you experience any unanticipated delay or issues on the platform, please reach out to us immediately at support@moengage.com.

This scheduled maintenance affected: dashboard-01 (One-time & Periodic Campaigns - Email, Event Triggered Campaigns and Flows), dashboard-02 (One-time & Periodic Campaigns - Email, Event Triggered Campaigns and Flows), dashboard-03 (One-time & Periodic Campaigns - Email, Event Triggered Campaigns and Flows), and dashboard-04 (One-time & Periodic Campaigns - Email, Event Triggered Campaigns and Flows).
