We had an incident today, 9th Jun, around 2:45 PM UTC to 3:30 PM IST where we saw Email campaigns delayed. This issue happened across all DCs and for all customers.

We had a bug in our deployment pipeline which degraded our services across all DCs during a patch release. There was an issue in one of the libraries which started throwing unexpected errors.

We have reverted the release immediately, and all the systems are normal. Email Campaigns that were stuck during this time are being rerun.
